As you now know, Timothy Balducci has been arraigned -- he represented himself at the hearing -- and released on his own recognizance. As you also now know, the dueling letters campaign has stopped, and the Scruggs(less) Katrina Group speaks with one voice once more. And that voice says: "Dickie is out."
