While waiting for the next big development in the Scruggs affair and Katrina litigation, now is a good time to do some clean up and deal with some loose ends. After the exhausting last nine days, I'm going to try to keep this post relatively short and get back to my regular posting schedule of basically one post a day, Monday through Friday. Oh yes, and one other thing -- I'll try to get some sleep. We shall see if events allow this or if I'm just dreaming. Jones v.
