State Farm has moved to disqualify the remaining law firms of the former Scruggs Katrina Group from a key Katrina case for alleged "numerous egregious ethical violations." PACER reveals that the motion was filed yesterday in Glenda Shows v. State Farm, which is a RICO case the SKG filed against the insurer earlier this year.
