PACER reveals this has been a busy day in McIntosh v. State Farm, a Verdun-like litigation war between State Farm and the Scruggs(less) Katrina Group. Among the items of interest: Dickie Scruggs' deposition has been noticed for January 15. Click here to see the notice. You may recall that earlier this week I wrote that Judge Robert Walker had decided against Scruggs' objections to this deposition, originally noticed in August, and that he would hvae to testify. If you look at the list of documents State Farm requests he produce for the deposition, they include communicaitons, dating to August 2005, to and from the Rigsby sisters, Mississippi AG Jim Hood, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office (one assumes this does not include inadvertent communications through wiretaps or bod
